Is there anyone taking lutein?

Are there any CashDoc members who take lutein for eye health? I feel like my vision is gradually getting worse, so I want to start taking it before it's too late. How effective do you think it is? I'm curious if you notice a difference when you take it versus when you don't. I look forward to your responses!!
