Left lower back pain(?) pulling sensation!

Since last year, I have been experiencing a pulling sensation in my left lower back.

There are no particular abnormalities even after the examination.

Especially on cold days, slight shivering symptoms (?)

It seems like this, so I applied a hot pack, and the symptoms are

The discomfort has lessened, but a slight pulling sensation continues.

Which side should I examine more?

어! 저 이런 증상 어떤건지 알아요. 말로 설명하기 엄청 애매하죠? 근육이 땡기는 것도 아니고 안에 내장이 땡기는 느낌도 아닌.. 담은 아닌데 근육통도 아니고.. 시린 듯 하면서 통증 느껴지는 진짜 애매하고 불쾌한 느낌 아닌가요? 저도 그런 증상 가끔 있긴하더라구요. 대체 뭐때메 그런지는 모르겠지만, 일단 자세가 안좋으면 확실히 더 나타나더라구요. 저는 자주 생기는 것도 아니고 많이 불편하지 않아서 자세 잡는 요가를 계속 하고 있습니다. 많이 불편하시면 신경외과를 한번 가보시는 건 어떠세요?
