[Health Question] Plantar Fasciitis

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis since last winter. It is in the heel area of my right foot, and the pain comes suddenly and frequently, as if the flesh is being pinched. It’s not numbness but a stabbing pain like being gouged with an awl. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, took medication, and applied Kenopfen gel, but it was ineffective, and I feel like I’m dying. Golf ball massage doesn’t help either, and I wonder if I have to live like this forever. They also recommended insoles, but...

I don't expect or use it. Sigh, I endure by thinking that it's bearable compared to the suffering of other cancer patients.
