I'm struggling with eczema.

I'm worried because eczema isn't healing easily. At first, a small bump appeared between my index finger and the next finger, and it was itchy, so I scratched and it broke open. The next day, I looked at my hand and saw that it had spread and worsened. So I went to the pharmacy and bought eczema ointment to apply. I applied it, but even after a week, there hasn't been much effect. It seems to have improved a little, but since it isn't healing, I think I shouldn't ignore it, or it might become a big problem.
