I have been experiencing tremors for several years.
Usually it's fine, but when I lift objects or get nervous, my hands tremble slightly.
I haven't received medical treatment at the hospital yet.
I just think that it might be hereditary.
My mother has severe hand tremors, and three out of the five siblings have mild tremor symptoms.
Currently, it's subtle, but I'm worried it might worsen like my mother.
