These days, I walk over ten thousand steps every day.
But lately, the area below my fourth toe has been hurting a lot.
It seems that the third and fourth toes are pressed together, and the flesh underneath is being compressed.
So, the skin under the fourth toe has hardened into a straight callus... and it hurts too...
Sigh... It's hard to explain in words...
(By the way, the flesh under the fourth toe is a bit plump..)
There was a bit of callus, so I peeled it a little... and the next day, that area felt hot... So I applied Madecassol and covered it with a Day Band... I repeated this process, and it healed in three days...
