(Concern) My eyes become blurry and tired even after looking at my phone for a short time. Could it be an eye condition?

It didn't happen before, but lately, if I look at my phone for more than 30 minutes, my eyes become blurry. I also feel a bit dizzy. Since my eyes become blurry, I can't do anything afterward. I can't watch TV or read books. If I just close my eyes, I gradually feel better. After about an hour, my vision returns. Since this keeps happening repeatedly, I'm a bit worried. I'm wondering if I might have an eye condition and whether I should go to the hospital to get checked.
