[Health Concern Consultation] Is this a sign of aging?

It seems to have been over ten years ago, when a small, faint black spot appeared on my forearm. I had been indifferent about it until recently, when it seems to have grown larger(?), so I am concerned. It doesn't seem serious, so I haven't gone to the hospital and just thought it was a sign of aging. Am I correct in my thinking?
