[Concern] Are there any methods to alleviate the symptoms of straight neck?

Last year, I had a car accident and took a neck X-ray for the first time since birth, and I was told I have straight neck. No wonder I often experience neck pain and, after walking for a long time, my lower back also hurts. Since then, I have purchased and been using a cervical pillow, which has slightly improved my symptoms, but I still occasionally experience pain. If anyone knows ways to alleviate or treat straight neck or turtle neck symptoms, please share.
