I think I have frequent nosebleeds. It's not like I hit or anything, but my nose keeps bleeding often.
Sometimes the nosebleed stops quickly, but often it doesn't, so it can be quite frustrating.
What is the best way to stop a nosebleed quickly?
When I have a lot of nosebleeds, I also cough up a lot of phlegm. Sometimes, when I remove the phlegm, the nosebleed becomes even heavier.
I am applying Vaseline inside my nose to prevent nosebleeds.
I want to know the proper way to stop a nosebleed. ^^
