Does the swelling go down quickly when acupuncture is done at a Korean medicine clinic?

I often wake up with shoulder and wing pain, and I frequently get a crick in my neck.
I just take medication to relieve the tension and get through a few days.
Does the swelling go away quickly when you get acupuncture at a Korean medicine clinic?
I wonder if I only need to get the acupuncture once or if I need to get it a few more times.
Also... Please tell me some self-massage and exercise methods that help relieve chest tension.
