A pain that tightens the heart once in a while?

Has anyone ever experienced a feeling of heart pain?
Not very often, but really occasionally!!! There are times when my heart hurts.
I don't get sick continuously, only for a short while...
Has anyone here experienced these symptoms and sought medical care?
Is it cardiology? What tests should be done, such as cardiac CT or echocardiography?
I didn't pay much attention when I was young, but now... it's bothering me ㅠ
