I have been breastfeeding for four months, and my milk supply has significantly decreased. I think my baby is eating enough, so I plan to wean.
When I asked people around me, most of them had received dry needling therapy.
They say it's not good if residue remains...
So I called the weaning massage center and asked, and they said you can receive as many sessions as you want.
It's like speaking in a way that whether you accept the nuance or not doesn't really matter.
Some of my friends have naturally low milk supply, and they say you can just wait a few days without pumping. Should I get a massage instead?
Shall we just try to endure it..?
