Is it okay to continue receiving pharmacopuncture at the Korean medicine clinic?

My shoulder keeps hurting, so I am receiving treatment at a Korean medicine clinic. After physical therapy and acupuncture, it somehow feels softer, so I keep going to the clinic regularly.
They recommend pharmacopuncture every time I go, saying it works well.
The hospital says there are no side effects or harmful ingredients, but I am worried about whether it's okay to keep getting injections like this.
