Is breast fat grafting different?

I only knew that breast plastic surgery was just inserting implants.

But while looking at these writings, I just learned that there are other methods for breast surgery.

What is a fat graft?

Do they take their own fat, like in hair transplantation? Is there a difference in cost between them?

Probably fat grafting is the most natural option, right?

Will it stay the same if I do it once?

A family member keeps insisting. They say they want to do it, haha.
