Coupon purchase error

I'm logged in successfully, but I can't purchase the coupon.

Even if I click purchase on the photo, that exact same window pops up again, and it's an endless loop.

I looked it up and there are many similar posts and comments, so it seems the system needs improvement.

The customer service center isn't answering the phone either.
