I'm worried that I might have urinary incontinence.

Is there a specific age when incontinence tends to occur?
I am a 40-year-old woman, and sometimes I cough.
When laughing hard, I leak urine little by little.
Is this symptoms of urinary incontinence?
I'm worried..ㅠ
If it's not incontinence, then towards the bladder.
Is there a problem?
It's not something I do often, just once in a while.
But for a while, it was like that every day.
I had it.. to the point where I needed to go to the hospital.
Should I go check if it's not right?
