It's cloudy and windy today, so it's cool~~~
It was nice for a walk... heh
The UV rays were strong during the brief moments the sun came out during the day...
The breeze was cool in the evening, so it was really good for exercising.
Doing stair exercises again today~~~
I managed to reach over 10,000 steps by walking whenever I had a spare moment after meals...^^
