Staying hydrated whenever I have a spare moment today as well
I reached 10,000 steps while climbing stairs.... haha
It rained in my neighborhood this morning, but the sun is blazing this afternoon... haha
On a hot day like today, try to exercise indoors as much as possible.
Exercise by climbing stairs indoors while avoiding UV rays~~~
