Please tell me some exercises that are effective for correcting rounded shoulders!
I think my child is developing rounded shoulders.
I use my phone a lot, so my shoulders keep rolling forward and looking hunched.
They don't listen even when I tell them to straighten their shoulders.
Constantly hunched over while using the phone...
I wanted to straighten my shoulders with stretching.
I am trying to straighten my shoulders back by imagining touching my shoulder blades from time to time.
Are there any other effective stretches besides this?
Would things like push-ups help correct rounded shoulders by any chance?
I found this push-up bar at Daiso.
I'm thinking about buying it because it's designed to stimulate different body parts.
It seems like it would be killing two birds with one stone, as I can build chest muscles at the same time.
It won't happen to make my shoulder worse, right?
