I am curious about how to manage calluses on rough heels.

Could my heels be getting rough because my skin is very dry? I wonder if it's due to poor circulation, but they crack all year round.

Sometimes I even bleed... As I get older, my body is a wreck, and my heels are so rough that even the slightest touch from my husband...

I sometimes get startled.

I don't know what kind of cream I should use...

Even if I apply Vaseline before bed, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it for more than 5 minutes, it doesn't make a dramatic difference.

On top of that, it doesn't absorb well, so I don't like the sticky feeling and end up washing it off again.
