At first, I thought it was just simple fatigue, but as the dizziness recurred, my anxiety grew.

I often felt like the world was spinning when I turned my head or got up after lying down.

As this situation continued, I began to suspect that the cause was not simply a matter of my physical condition, but rather benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

I visited a hospital for a consultation and was told that specific changes in posture could have an impact.

I was particularly struck by the fact that sleeping posture and sudden movements can act as causes of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

I usually used a high pillow and had a habit of sleeping only on one side.

I thought that as this habit is repeated, it affects my sense of balance and could be a cause of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

It also seemed that moving excessively while fatigued had an impact.

After that, I started changing my sleeping position and adjusting the pillow height.

I tried to minimize the causes of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo by reducing sudden head movements.

As I changed my lifestyle patterns, I noticed that the frequency of dizziness gradually decreased.

It hasn't completely disappeared, but it is definitely in a more stable state than before.

Through this experience, I learned that even a small habit can be a cause of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

I am currently observing changes in my body and trying to reduce factors that could be causing benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

I believe it is important to continue managing the causes of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo while maintaining healthy lifestyle habits.

I feel that rather than letting our guard down simply because there are no symptoms, it is necessary to check our daily posture and every single movement.

I plan to continue maintaining my current lifestyle, carefully observing changes in my body, and consistently managing the causes of my vertigo.
