Could the foreign body sensation in my throat be caused by fine dust?

hello?
I feel a foreign object in my throat, perhaps because the fine dust is so bad these days.
It definitely doesn't seem like a sore throat.
My voice isn't coming out well, it sounds hoarse.
It's not serious enough to go to the hospital, so I'm just staying here.
I'm wondering if my throat can get this uncomfortable because of fine dust.
