I realized that there is a limit to how much you can make sure to eat fruits and vegetables.
I think I usually took multivitamins in pill form.
I was going to take the Chong Kun Dang one I used to take, but I see there is also a pill and liquid type called Immune Shot.
There are many types, which one is good?
Is the more expensive one simply better?
Of course, I noticed that Immune Shot is much more expensive than the regular pill form.
In terms of ingredients, I realized I could consume it within the upper limit of the recommended daily intake.
I think I might be able to find high-concentration versions of both, but I'm curious if the Immune Shot form absorbs well.
