I experienced symptoms of elbow pain and underwent examination and treatment.

I haven't engaged in any particularly strenuous exercise or subjected myself to any impact, but at some point, I started experiencing symptoms of elbow pain.
Light objects were fine, but even slightly heavy items were difficult to lift, and even strong stimulation like untying a knot was not easy.
My elbow pain is gradually improving after receiving physical therapy for a few days.
One day, while taking out a slightly heavy winter coat, I felt like I couldn't put any strength into my arms.
And I also felt symptoms of elbow pain, although it wasn't severe.
Since this is a temporary case, I observed the situation for a few days, but not feeling any significant improvement, I visited the orthopedic clinic.
Even on the X-ray, nothing specific was visible that would cause elbow pain symptoms.
The doctor said that he suspects these symptoms appear because I have been using it a lot for a long time.
Since the symptoms of elbow pain persist even though there are no visible signs, I decided to proceed with a routine of receiving physical therapy and continuing if there is improvement, or getting an MRI or visiting a larger hospital if the symptoms of elbow pain continue without improvement.
I have received physical therapy three or four times so far. Even during the therapy, I don't recall feeling any significant elbow pain or other abnormalities.
The symptoms of elbow pain haven't completely disappeared, but it is much better than before.
I can also put a little more force into my arms, even if it's just slightly. The movements that used to be difficult have also become a bit manageable.
I am still thinking of getting a few more physical therapy sessions.
Although I am troubled by the sudden onset of elbow pain, it is also true that this incident served as a turning point for me to realize that I should take better care of myself and avoid overexertion.
