It always tends to appear about a week ago.
I get annoyed at my children or husband without realizing it
That's how it is for me. It always happens a week before my period.
It's fine on other days, but before my period...
He gets annoyed and angry easily over trivial things.
Things aren't going my way. My hormones aren't regulating.
Is that why?
