How do you keep your skin moisturized during the changing seasons?

It's not a skin condition, but I do feel like my skin gets a bit itchy sometimes during the seasonal transition. It's so dry in the winter that I diligently apply body lotion and pay close attention to moisturizing, but when the weather gets a little warmer, I don't apply it as often. That might be why my skin feels a bit itchy. How do you keep your skin moisturized during the seasonal transition?
