I feel like I often get phlegm in my chest muscles during the winter transition like these days. I'm worried if it's muscle pain or another problem. When I breathe, my chest feels tingly. Could it be phlegm? It hurts more when I move. Should I try a hot pack or a cold pack? I'm also worried that it might be related to a heart problem. Why do I get phlegm in my chest during the winter transition like these days?
