My review of suffering from enteritis after eating seafood and taking nutritional supplements to treat it😭

I was craving spicy pollack, so I made pollack soup with clam roe and ate it. The next day, I had some simple sujebi and kimbap for breakfast. When I got home, my stomach started to churn and I started to feel sick.  I felt dizzy as if I had motion sickness.

I had a headache and felt a little chilly, so I lay down on the mat. Suddenly, I felt nauseous and had a stomachache, so I went straight to the bathroom. I did that three times in a row, and I thought I had indigestion, so I took some gasmotin powder from the medicine I had on hand.

 

I lay in bed for about 10 minutes, but then I suddenly felt sick again and threw up the water and medicine I had taken.

Even though almost only water comes out  I think I overdid it three more times.

 

I had no energy, no appetite, my body ached, and a headache, so I thought it was a cold. The problem was that I was in so much pain at night that I realized it wasn't cold. After being in pain all night enteritis I thought it was 😭

I have enteritis I didn't have diarrhea, but I just felt nauseous and would vomit even if I only drank water, so I spent Sunday almost unable to eat anything.

I tried to go to the emergency room, but I was too dizzy.

My stomach was pounding so I was going to lie down for a bit and then go, but I fought the pain all night and it was dawn ㅠㅠ

I just endured the pain and waited for morning.

✔️Even after I got better, I'm still eating healthy Greek yogurt, ordering natto, and eating fermented soybean paste stew.

✔️I like coffee, so I only drink one cup a day of decaffeinated coffee.

    동태 같은 경우는
    끓여서 놓은 탕이 되어 있다면 살균이 이미 되었을 건데 어디에서 문제가 생겼을까요? 정말 아쉽네요. 많이 힘들으셨겠어요. 무엇보다 빠른 쾌유를 바랍니다.

    다음날 아점으로 먹은 김밥은 아닐것 같거든요
    어디서 잘못된 음식인지 몰라도 죽다가 살아 났어요 계속 울렁울렁 토해서 일요일은 물도 거의 안마시고 입술만 축였네요 ㅠㅠ
