Lately, I've been binge eating, gaining a lot of weight, and drinking coffee every day.
I drank one glass a day and didn't take care of myself.
So, I have high blood pressure. Does this have anything to do with being fat?
I got 92 out of 130. I measured it again and it was higher. I measured it several times and got that number.
I used to exercise every day, but I stopped and gained a lot of belly fat and weight. Will it go down if I start exercising again and take care of it?
And is it better not to drink coffee?
How can I manage my blood pressure?
