I fell while running and hurt my wrist. Please recommend some rehabilitation exercises.

About a month ago, I was running
I fell on the ice.
As your right arm touches the floor
To act as a brake
I ended up taking all the weight off of him ㅠㅠ
For the first 2-3 days, use cold compresses and patches.
While managing
I got a lot better after doing onjijjilldo.
I'm thinking of slowly starting rehabilitation exercises now.
What exercise should I start with?
