I'm concerned because my recent test results showed high cholesterol. I'm wondering what immediate lifestyle and diet changes I should make to see results. Has anyone experienced a relatively short-term drop in cholesterol levels through exercise or dietary changes? I'd also like to know if supplements like omega-3s or dietary fiber have helped. I'm debating whether I should start medication right away or if lifestyle changes are sufficient. Please advise.
