Is it okay to take medicine every time I get a migraine in my left temple?

I get migraines occasionally.
It always comes to the left temple.
If you press and hold, you can feel your pulse beating loudly.
If I hold it for a while and then let go, it still hurts.
My head hurts and my stomach feels pounding.
If you can't stand it anymore, take some headache medicine.
But is it okay to take medicine every time I get a migraine?
