[Question] Should I suspect a disease just because my stool smells bad?

My family member's stool smells a bit bad.
It doesn't seem like you have any particular problems or difficulties doing your work.
I'm a little worried that the smell might be too strong.
Even if you spray air freshener and ventilate, it is still quite toxic.
You are eating something other than your regular diet to control your blood sugar.
I'm also wondering if this is more of a problem. Could it be because you eat a lot of vegetables?

일단 기본적으로 권장 드리는 건 식습관 개선입니다 아무래도 드시는 음식에 따라서 차이가 있을 수도 있고요 아니면 가스 배출이 잘 안되는 상태일 수도 있어서 자세한 건 소화에 좋은 음식을 섭취하시고 경과를 지켜보시면 증상이 호전되실 수도 있으실 거 같아요

단순히 변 냄새가 심한 이유는 주로 단백질 및 지방이 풍부한 음식(육류, 유제품) 과다 섭취, 소화불량, 장내 유해균 증가로 인해 음식물이 장내에서 부패·분해되면서 가스가 많이 발생하기 때문이라고 헙니다.

변 냄새가 독한 원인은 보통 먹는 식이와 관련이 많아요. 단백질과 지방이 많은 식단, 달걀, 유제품,브로콜리, 양배추, 마늘, 양파도 해당됩니다.그리고 소화 기관에 문제가 있어 대장에 변이 많이 쌓여도 그럴수 있으니 소화기내과가서 진료 한번 보는것도 좋겠네요
