I get headaches too often. Is there any solution?
I've had severe headaches since I was a student, and they haven't gone away even as an adult.
Before I get a headache, I have a dull pain in the back of my neck and back of my head. This is a warning sign.
When my shoulder and neck muscles hurt, I think I'm going to get a headache, and without fail, my head hurts.
Fortunately, the pain is still under control with regular headache medication (Tylenol Easy & Six).
If I take medicine, I get better quickly, but since I keep taking medicine every time I get a headache, I'm worried that I might develop a tolerance.
How do people with chronic headaches live?
My head feels like it's going to split open until I take some medicine and the pain goes away... It's so painful.
