(Question) When I sit down while doing squats, I hear a clicking sound from one of my knees. Why is that?
I was wondering what kind of strength training I should do these days, so I started doing squats.
I do exactly 100 a day. Of course, I skip them on days when I'm not feeling well.
I'm trying to do it 3-4 times a week... At first it wasn't like that, but one day...
When you do squats, you sit down, right? Every time you do that, one of your knees makes a clicking sound.
It doesn't hurt. There's no pain, so I just don't pay attention and do it;;;
Why on earth does this sound come from?
I was thinking about stopping my workout because I heard a clicking sound for no reason... but since I've already started, I feel like I have to do it anywayㅠㅠㅠ
I don't feel any pain, but I'm worried that it might strain my knee and have an effect.
I wonder if my posture is wrong or if my knees are bad.
Anyone who does squats, have you ever had an experience like mine?
How can I make it not make a clicking sound?
