Question) Is there any way to reduce leg swelling?
I'm very tired and not feeling well these days.
I've been lazy about exercising, putting off walking, and eating something like stew or something simple when I get home from work because it's so tiring. I usually enjoy kimchi, but I've been eating like this. I don't know why, but...
If I sit down for a while and try to do some errands, my legs feel very heavy, and if I stand up for a while, it feels like the weight is going down.
So I had a fleeting thought and was a little scared.
