(Question) My scalp gets very dry in the winter. Should I change my shampoo?

My scalp gets really flaky every winter, when it's always dry. My scalp isn't oily, so I wash it every other day. I'm currently using Head & Shoulders' flaky line, but it still gets worse in the winter. I think I need to switch to a different shampoo. Could you recommend a good shampoo for flaky scalps?
