I'm not sure what's the best treatment for my tennis elbow. It causes such severe elbow pain that I can barely lift objects.
Because of my tennis elbow, I have a lot of nights where I can't sleep properly because of the pain.
I've been going to the hospital for months and receiving shock wave therapy, and now I'm receiving non-covered injection therapy, but it's really painful. Is it normal for treatment to take this long?
