Question) How many times a year do you usually go to the OB/GYN clinic?

I suddenly got curious, so I'm asking.

How often do you all visit the gynecologist regularly?

I am curious whether you go for regular checkups even when you do not have any special symptoms, or if you only go when you have symptoms such as discharge, pain, or menstrual irregularities.

I would also like to know at what intervals cervical cancer screening and ultrasound examinations are usually performed.

I'm confused as to whether I go there too often or whether it's okay if I don't go there at all.
