Question) How can I reduce back and waist muscle pain after waking up?
Obviously before going to bed
I thought I wasn't in pain and my muscles were fine, but when I tried to wake up in the morning, I felt pain in my neck, back, and lower back muscles. In particular, my back muscles were bunched up, so I tossed and turned in pain and sometimes couldn't get up. Could it be a problem with my sleeping habits?
Why are the muscles in my back so stiff after I wake up?
Do you feel any pain or discomfort? Where might the problem be?
I usually have neurogenic lower back pain too.
I am quite sensitive to muscles.
As a result, when you tense up and become tense, your muscles tend to bunch up and become more flexible or relaxed.
Perhaps this is normal in everyday life, but I'm so tense even when I sleep, and it affects my spine and lower back?
So if there is any way to reduce the pain a bit, I would appreciate some advice.
