Question) Is yoga good for back muscle tension and neurogenic back pain?
It's been so cold lately, so my spine and back hurt so much, and the pain is spreading down to my lower back due to nerve pain.
If you loosen it up little by little with yoga, it will get a little better, right?
It is said that doing yoga calms the mind and helps with emotional circulation, but it also causes pain in various muscles in the body and tension in the spine.
I was starting to get back pain little by little due to nerve pain.
It wasn't that sharp, but it was a nerve stimulation, so I felt a slight pain that continued and my body started to stiffen. I thought it would get worse if I left it like that. I couldn't go to the hospital because of the slight pain.
So I was thinking about a way to be a little more flexible and I thought yoga might be a good idea.
These days, I looked for a program called auto-yoga that you can do on your own.
Could yoga exercises help my body move more smoothly and become more flexible in this situation?
If you have done a lot of yoga or have any tips on how to relax, I would appreciate it.
