I'm worried about my physical strength declining and my body becoming stiff.
[When did it start?]
I first began to feel a serious lack of exercise about a year ago, when my work environment changed. At first, I thought I was just a little tired, but in the past few months, I've felt so heavy that even getting out of bed in the morning feels like a struggle, and I'm starting to worry.
[Under what circumstances does it worsen or improve?]
My shoulder and back pain really gets worse on days when I'm stressed or busy with work and have to sit all day. Fortunately, even if it's just for a short walk in the park on the weekend or a warm shower to relax my body, the pain seems to get a little better.
[What have you tried yourself?]
I've decided to make a concerted effort and even signed up for a gym membership, but I'm already so exhausted by the time I get home from work that it's hard to keep going. These days, I'm trying to follow short stretching videos at home and take the stairs instead of the elevator, but I'm worried that it's not easy to build strength on my own.
