My throat feels stuffy and I keep getting a runny nose.

I don't think it was like that before.
But once I realized it, mucus kept running down my throat.
Not a runny nose, but a sticky one.
So my throat is stuffy and my nose is stuffy too.
I try to blow my nose as much as I can to solve it, but it doesn't work the way I want it to, so I feel so suffocated and my throat feels like it's clogged with phlegm.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
