I'm worried about gallstones and should I get treatment?

I have gallstones
I was in so much pain that I even went to the emergency room.
I'm considering surgery because the gallstones in my gallbladder are so painful.
Fortunately, the stone is no longer moving, so it's okay.
I'm worried that the stone will roll away again.
