My grandson came to my house a few days ago, and one side of his cheek was red like a baby's cheek in the past. I asked why it was like that in this day and age, and he said, "Do you understand that the skin is chapped?" I told him to apply a lot of moisturizer when his skin is chapped because of dryness, and when I applied it, it got a little better, but it was so itchy that the baby kept biting his hand there. So it didn't get better, and one side of his cheek was chapped. I thought it couldn't get any better, so I went to the hospital.
