Do you often eat carrots, which are good for your eyes?!

I try to eat carrots often, at least for the sake of my eyes. I wonder if everyone eats carrots often!! The ophthalmologist didn't specifically tell me to eat carrots, lol. But I ended up eating them anyway. How do you take care of your eye health?
