Question) I'm worried because there's pigmentation in the area where I put the Duoderm.

I had a Duoderm patch on my wound for a few days, but when I removed it, I was shocked to see the mark where I had applied it still remained, like pigment. I thought it would fade with time, but it's still dark, which is making me even more anxious. I can't even touch it for fear of it spreading further, and I'm worried it might be permanent. I'm not sure if this will fade naturally or if I need treatment like ointment or laser. If anyone has had a similar experience, please advise.
