Question) Why do you shake your head when you speak?

I went to my in-laws' house this weekend to make kimchi. We're a large family, so my father and his siblings are all coming.
My uncle is the eldest and is approaching his eighties.
He said he was glad to meet you, but when he spoke, I saw him slightly nodding his head.
When I told my husband, he said he didn't know, but I see people like this sometimes among the elderly.
I searched on Naver and it says it's a nerve problem or a brain problem, but I'm worried I should tell my cousins.
