I usually have a little pain in my feet, but in the past, I had plantar fasciitis and often had pain when I walked or moved around outside.
As the weather gradually gets colder and colder, the symptoms that were the same as before are getting numb in the soles of the feet and ankles, and the area that is particularly painful is plantar fasciitis.
There was a time when I stopped walking because my feet started to hurt so much that it was difficult to walk.
So I'm careful, but could the shoes be the problem?
I've always been careful about my walking, but I'm wondering if it's my shoes or my walking posture that's causing the plantar fasciitis pain. Why does it keep coming back?
Is there any way to improve symptoms?
I would appreciate some good advice.
